The ethical rules which apply to all lawyers require fees to be reasonable. At The Law Office of Bambi Glenn, we attempt to set fees based on the difficulty of the matter, the amount of time likely involved, the extent to which representation may require the refusal of other legal work, and other factors. We discuss fees in advance with our clients, and provide a written fee agreement to avoid any misunderstanding.
